Apart from basic machinery like gelato maker, gelato premix and display freezer, you need lot of accessories for your gelato parlor. We are describing these accessories here so that you can plan your parlor requirements. You can also buy gelato accessories online on our website. This is basic list of accessories, it may or may not be sufficient for you.
1) Waffle cone maker
Waffle cone machine is used for making waffle cones. Use waffle cone 
mix for making waffle cones. For recipe, click on, how to make waffle cone using waffle cone mix. Also, you can use wide variety of waffles for gelato ice cream like waffle bowls, waffle cones.
2) Serving cups
For serving gelato ice cream, we must have customized plastic or paper souffle cups. Paper cups are recommended over plastic as it increases the melting time. You can choose 100 ml, 150 ml and 200 ml paper cups for small medium and large serving. Alternatively you can use 150 ml cups to accommodate all serving sizes.
3) Gelato Scoop/Disher
Gelato is taken out with the help of scoop/Ice cream disher. The scoop is generally available in 3 or sizes. 25ml, 45ml, 55ml and 70 ml. We recommend you to use 70ml disher for gelato which can serve all sizes. Scoop with metal handle is recommended. The metal handle help in transfer of heat from hand to the tip. This make it easy to take out gelato
4) Plastic Tub
plastic tub is used for mix the premix with milk and other ingredients(if any). It is must be on 5L and above. It should have pouring mouth so that it is easy to pour mix into gelato machine.
5) Display Freezer
Display freezer used to store the all flavors of gelato ice cream. It can have 6 to 30 bixes. Generally each box is between 2.5 to 5 liters depending upon number of flavours and footfall at your parlour. We can provide you with customized as well as standard display freezers.
6) Gelato Spoons
For serving gelato, you can use custom plastic spoon, metal spoon or wooden spoon. It is recommended for your spoon to be small in size with slightly sharp tip. Gelato is to be eaten in smaller bites as it has very dense taste. If you are opting for metal spoon we recommend stainless steel or silver spoon for gelato.
7) Flavors Tag
Gelato Ice Cream comes in wide flavors and presented in unique way. Flavors tags are used to present the name of gelato ice cream placed in display freezer. This way, you can choose your favorite flavor.
8) Cone Holder
Cone holder is used to hold the ready made cones and are ready to serve ice cream. It comes in wide range depending on the capacity of holding cones. It starts from single cone upto 35 cones. They are able to hold different types of cone.
9) Spoon Holder
Spoon holder is also called spoon dispenser. It is used to store all types of spoon in a single box. This way your kitchen looks better and more presentable.
